The location itself was fantastic and I can only respect the brilliance of the environment. The cabin was super clean and setup for us to crash as soon as we arrived. The welcoming gifts were lovely with chocolate, cookies and much needed coffee!

A great little place to stay and very central in the lakes. We felt very comfortable in the lodge and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Disappointing and need of updating. Lodge smells of wet dog and shower tray mouldy. Not the home comforts one would expect for 600+ we paid for 3 night stay. However the views and location are beautiful for walks and exploring

A lovey place to stay with a dog, with everything we needed. The view was lovely. We visited in the winter when the pool was shut which was a shame but it is a small pool more suited to children having a splash about. It was easy to get to the local villages and lots of lovely walks near by. Although we didnt visit the nearby pub it is within walkiRead moreng distance. Hide

Lovely cosy lodge even in rather wet November weather. Incredible view from lounge and main bedroom. Unfortunately we didn't see any deer or squirrels but there was a horse. Accommodation very clean and well equipped and lovely welcome pack. Very comfortable, quiet nights sleep. Would recommend as great walking on the doorstep.
