I would highly recommend Burrellhill for a gathering of people who wish to enjoy a spacious, clean and homely time together in a wonderful house with lots of character. The house sits in wonderful isolation just east of Penrith, at the foot of the Northern Pennines and just 45 minutes from Ulswater.
Part of Burrellhill's beauty is its isolation - so quiet and peaceful after a busy day in the Lakes (and more so after Covid I expect!!) ....... and with fantastic views 360 degrees around the premises.
Easily accommodating ten people in 5 lovely bedrooms, there is yet much space and room around the house, outside on the patio or in the garden, for everyone to have their own space if desired. There is also ample room for the whole party to dine and play together.
Local amenities at 7/10 due to being a short 10 minute car ride away in a neighbouring village ....... but every other aspect of Burrellhill more than made up for this ....... again very highly recommended.
