The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, offering comfortable and homely accommodation. Located between Braithwaite and Buttermere, the cottage is an ideal base for walkers and cyclists looking to explore this north western corner of the Lake District. There is superb walking straight from the door either on the valley floor or into the surrounding fells.
Keswick is a ten minute drive away, offering a wide selection of pubs, restaurant and shops. The Swinside Inn is well worth a visit, located on the other side of the valley and reached by a walk of just over a mile along the valley roads.
