Only downside was the tiny kitchen and not enough toilet rolls left.
I will definitely stay again, it’s a great base for hikers

Gomersal, West Yorkshire Family
We travelled as a family of 4, with a 4 year old and a 2 year old. We have been to Keswick plenty of times so location isn't always imperative to us, but this particular location was PERFECT. Ample parking for my estate car and a 2 minute walk to Eden Park just over the river. A 2 minute walk into the centre of town it really was 10/10 for location.
It's not a huge place, but the bedrooms were a good size and the bathroom was normal sized, the kitchen was small and the living room was fine. Usually the boys would prefer more "roaming" space but we made do with what we had. The kitchen really needs a modern cooker, it worked fine but its just really old fashioned and wouldn't cost a lot to upgrade.
WiFi was great, no issues with connectivity or strength of signal.
THE BIGGEST PROBLEM was dampness. There was a humidifier which we had on constantly, but the booklet also recommended we keep windows open - but as we were next to the river this let damp in. On an evening the boys beds were cold and damp and although the sound of the river was really beautiful on an evening, it did create a bit of a pain and the boys didn't sleep terribly well.
Bottle of wine and some kendal cake complimentary and a selection of books and some games in the wardrobe.
We had a great holiday, not sure if we would be back to the apartments we really would waiver. We are back to Keswick in Easter and have booked a nicer property but its more out of town.

We spent four days at Greta side, it was right beside the river with a view over Fitz Park and the mountain. I would go back again. It was only a two or three minute walk into Keswick Town centre. A really enjoyable experience.
