This three-bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. With spacious rooms and an elevated terrace, it’s a great base for a family plus three dogs looking for village life plus easy access to cycling and hiking trails.

The apartment is reached via steep steps and a neat patio terrace leads through to a light-drenched sunroom and a sleek kitchen. After a day exploring the landscape, the kitchen has every appliance you’ll need to cook up a feast. Alternatively, dine out at one of the many eateries right on your doorstep. But if you simply want to take it easy, the spacious lounge with its brilliant white walls and plump sofas is the perfect room to relax in. There’s even a family bathroom on this floor so you can enjoy a long soak in the tub. Come bedtime, you’ll find three bedrooms on the first floor featuring two doubles and a single bed. The bedrooms are light and airy with homely touches including soft cushions, ambient lighting, and plenty of storage space. There’s also a second pristine bathroom on this floor. In the morning, step outside and enjoy a coffee on the terrace while watching the sunrise over the rooftops.

Kirkby Lonsdale is a charming market town with an array of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is also a great base from which to explore the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. For a serene riverside walk head to Devil’s Bridge (1 mile) or enjoy more beauty and tranquillity at Ruskins View (1 mile). The more active can tackle the Three Peaks (8 miles) or hike along the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail (7 miles).

Brilliant location, very clean and well equipped. There are some steep and tricky stairs leading up to the property. Unfortunately the pictures on the website make the property look better than it really is. Parking for 1 car is down a very narrow alley. There is parking close by, but that has to be paid for. All the bedrooms lead off a very steep Read morestaircase, so those with children would be advised to take a staircase. Unfortunately no highchair is provided either. Great Location with the addition you can take your dogs. There is a well stocked kitchen for any type of cooking , pots ,pans cutlery , glasses etc so no need to take any of that stuff with you. Two bathrooms one up stairs and one down. Stairs at the back of building are steep so beware if you struggle with climbing ability. Bedrooms are comfy two Read moredoubles and a single. Main sitting room can accommodate the five people with a large dinning table. No terrestial Tv you can use prime,netflix& disney Hide

The flat is in a great location but is accessed by a very steep staircase that is not lit at night.
