Savour the best of both the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales when you stay at this sumptuous group holiday home near Sedburgh. Situated 3 miles from the Cumbrian market town, the seven-bedroom retreat, which features hot tubs, a plunge pool, a steam room and a sauna, sleeps 20 guests and is perfect for a celebratory break for friends or an extended family group.

Step inside to discover enticing accommodation with many special touches. Make your way into the lounge to watch the Smart TV. Head to the snug to read your book or to the cinema room for a movie night. Take turns at whipping up magnificent meals in the impressive kitchen/diner or even hire a private chef. Feast in style in the dining room, before heading off to the well-being suite to steam, soak and relax, or the games room for a pool tournament. The bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged over three floors of the house, which has a lift as well as a staircase, and within an external building. There are two family rooms, one with a super-king-size bed and three singles and another with a super-king-size bed and two singles. There are also two king-size bedrooms and two super-king-sizes, one that can be made up as a twin if discussed in advance, in the main house. The bedroom in the separate building has three single beds. There are seven bathrooms. These include four en-suite shower rooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a shower room. Sit outside in the sunshine of the immaculate grounds to take in the views and soak up the serenity.

Head out on walks through the picturesque Yorkshire Dales. Plan trips into the Lake District 9 miles away. Venture 17 miles to Windermere to take a trip out on England’s largest lake.

A truly beautiful house! As a large group Moss foot was perfect, Clare was extremely helpful and communicated throughout. There was everything we needed with the most amazing views!
