The cottage will not be decorated during the Festive Period.
The front door leads to the beamed sitting room with wood burner, TV and DVD player. From the sitting room is the beamed kitchen which has seating for four and is fully equipped with an electric range cooker, Belfast sink, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The kitchen has slate floor with underfloor electric heating The kitchen door leads to the downstairs WC and washbasin.
The stairs (with stair gate if needed) lead from the kitchen to the king sized bedroom with window and views to the front of the property and a bathroom with bath, electric shower over, sink and toilet. There is an additional seating area at the top of the stairs with bookshelves and storage. Steep stairs lead to an attic bedroom with double bed and views across to the Wasdale fells from the dormer window. Please note that this room has a low ceiling.
At the back of the cottage is a lovely garden with sitting out area which has fantastic views of the Lakeland fells.
