Ideal location - opposite the river and the park, a few minutes walk into the restaurants and shops when needed and a lovely place to start the walk up Lanrigg. Warm, cosy and everything you need at the cottage.

Excellent location - a park 1 min walk across the road. 5 min walk to the town, and 10-15 min walk down to the lake. Lovely walks straight from the cottage. Cottage very comfortable, and well equipped (great having a pool table), and a real bonus to have the parking space next door in the car park. We had a wonderful holiday in Wren Cottage. The onRead morely thing we missed was a welcome pack of any sort, and a guest book with any tips or recommendations. But we would definitely stay there again. Hide

Totally disappointed with many aspects too numerous to mention.. but for guests expecting to play snooker for instance there were only 3 snooker balls available which could be a disappointment for families with kids.. Sorry but would definitely not recommend this particular cottage to stay at

Great location and a very comfortable house. I would note the parking space in the drive is not suitable for a large vehicle, the drive is very narrow and you cant open the car door!

A great location for a stay in Keswick. The cottage is well equipped but ok comfort wise. We thought a thorough clean of the property is required.
