A stylish cottage for 2, Victoria Cottage is a real hidden gem. Tucked away down a small side street a stone's throw from the centre of Keswick, if you're looking for a wonderfully cosy retreat, then Victoria Cottage could be the one for you.
Head inside this Lakeland stone fronted cottage and straight into the fantastic open plan kitchen-living-dining room, a great Scandi-style space designed with easy living in mind. The modern kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, under-counter fridge and handy microwave. Take a seat at the cool breakfast bar, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or a hearty home cooked meal. The 2-seater sofa and armchair are positioned around the flame effect electric fire, perfect for cosy evenings in. There's a SMART TV for entertainment too.
The stairs lead up to the spacious bedroom. With a feature metal-framed double bed and wall mounted TV, it's the perfect spot to indulge in a long lie in with your morning cuppa. There's plenty of storage thanks to the useful wardrobe and handy chest of drawers. Also on the first floor is the bathroom. With a WC, washbasin and bath with shower over (please note: the shower is currently unavailable, due to low water pressure in the area), whether you prefer a long soak in the tub or a refreshing shower all tastes are catered for here.
Even though the cottage doesn't have its own garden area, with Keswick on your doorstep, the Lake District National Park offers you plenty of fabulous outdoor space!
On street parking can be found a short walk away from the cottage.
