General Description

The Conservatory is a super 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. One of 9 apartments in this grand Victorian Country House, the accommodation is laid out on the ground floor and lower ground floor of this impressive Victorian Country House.

Found in the conservatory, the amazing kitchen-diner really is the heart of this home from home. With floor to ceiling windows on two sides, the kitchen is full of light and has stunning views over the gardens to the surrounding fells. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge-freezer and a handy microwave. There's also a dishwasher so there'll be no need to fight over who has to do the washing up. The wooden dining table is perfectly positioned by the dual aspect windows - talk about dining with a view!

The charming living room is full of character, from the original sash windows to the beautiful marble fireplace. Pull up a chair by the large windows, the perfect place to escape with a good book - if you can take your eyes away from the view that is! Relax in front of the wood burning stove, ideal for cosy evenings in. There's a smart TV for entertainment in here too.

Also on the ground floor is a handy WC.

Down a flight of stairs from the living area are the 2 bedrooms. Though on the lower ground floor, these rooms are light and bright with lovely views from their original feature windows.

The large master bedroom has a superking bed and this room is full of charm and character with its pretty stained glass window and feature exposed stone wall. The vintage-style chaise lounge is the perfect spot to relax with a good book and the beautiful arch window has fantastic views towards the surrounding fells. Off the master bedroom is a handy dressing area, with plenty of built in storage, and a super en-suite bathroom. With a WC, washbasin, modern shower cubicle and separate bath, ideal whether you prefer a relaxing soak in the tub or a refreshing shower. The second bedroom is just as lovely as the first. A cosy twin with its own en-suite shower room (with WC, washbasin and electric shower), this room also has wonderful views from its own original window.

A useful utility room houses the washing machine, should you wish to make use of this during your stay.

The apartment has its own designated parking space and there are beautiful gardens to explore too. Laid out across different levels, there are lawn area, different seating areas and even a pond. The views from the gardens are breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the surrounding fells.
