Some comments from past guests:
Comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Lovely to find basket of goodies on arrival. Thank you! An ideal base for walking the northern fells. Wonderful curry from ‘Taste of India’.

It’s been like home from home for us with regards to comfort.

We found the barn very comfortable and well-equipped. Great to find welcome basket after a long drive - thank you. We will be back.

A lovely, cosy, well equipped cottage! We recommend the Kirkstile Inn in Loweswater and the Royal Yew in Dean for excellent food & service. The Maize Maze near St Bees is a really good day out, even suitable for stroppy teenagers!

The cottage is delightful and very well equipped. The basket of goodies was very welcome & a nice surprise after our long journey. Had some lovely walks despite the rain and wind. The Old Posting House food is fab!

Loved it that much, everything was first class. Thanks for the welcome pack – it was a lovely surprise. Good day out if you have kids was Gincase near Silloth past Allonby. It’s a farm park which the kids loved. They didn’t want to leave the animals. Will definitely return and if I had my way would be a permanent stay!
