General Description

A spacious hallway leads you inside this fantastic house. On your right is the lovely living room. Choose a seat in the large bay window, the perfect spot for catching up with a good book or simply admiring the wonderful views out over the surrounding countryside. There's a fantastic open fire and a TV for entertainment too, ideal for cosy evenings in. Double doors lead through to the dining room, another great spacious room with high ceilings and a lovely outlook towards the rear garden and Binsey beyond . The country-style kitchen has an electric oven and separate electric hob, fridge and a useful dishwasher. The small dining table is ideal for enjoying a peaceful breakfast whilst planning your day's adventures.

A handy utility room houses the freezer as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer, should you wish to make use of these during your stay.

At the top of the stairs on the half landing are the two bathrooms. The shower room has a modern shower cubicle along with the WC and washbasin, while the spacious family bathroom has a WC, washbasin, large shower cubicle and separate bath. All tastes are catered for here, whether you prefer a relaxing soak in the tub or a refreshing shower after a day out exploring!

Up a couple more stairs to the right and you'll find the three lovely bedrooms. The spacious super-king room is at the front of the cottage and has wonderful views over Sale Fell and the surrounding countryside. This room has plenty of storage thanks to the original built-in cupboard with useful clothes hooks, and a dressing table. The super-king bedroom can also be made up as a twin upon request. The twin bedroom enjoys a delightful outlook over the rear garden towards Binsey, and again has a built-in cupboard with clothes hooks, and a dressing table for further storage. Last but not least is the cosy single room, which also has views over the front of the cottage to the countryside and fells beyond.

The bedrooms on the second floor aren't available for guests but this does mean that the house is wonderfully spacious for a party of 5.

Outside of the cottage is a delightful rear garden. With a lawn and patio area with outdoor furniture, it's a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out exploring. The enclosed rear yard is ideal for dogs.

At the front of the cottage there is off road parking for 2 cars.
