Guests arrive at the cottage at the ground floor level where the entrance hall has plenty of space for muddy boots and coats. There is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a downstairs bathroom off the entrance hall with "Jack and Jill" doors and an over-bath mixer shower. Within the bathroom there is also a utility area with washer/dryer.

The light modern kitchen has ceramic hobs, a built-in fan oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. It's also very well equipped with all the crockery, cookware and glassware you are likely to need for you stay. Guests might find the view of Blencathra from the kitchen sink so mesmerising that they will struggle to tear themselves away. The room is a wonderful sociable space with a wooden dining table for six people between the kitchen and the living area. Set around the gorgeous wood burning stove there are two comfy sofas, an armchair and a TV with Freeview and DVD player for entertainment. The views from this side of the building are no less staggering with the gorgeous panorama of Clough Head and St John's in the Vale.
Moving further upstairs to the second floor you reach the master bedroom.
