The front door leads to the beamed sitting room with a Victorian cast iron fire place and TV with built in DVD player.
From the sitting room is the beamed kitchen, which has seating for six and is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The kitchen door leads to the downstairs WC and washbasin and then out to the garden.
The stairs lead from the kitchen to the double bedroom with window and views to the front of the property. On this floor is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The small twin bedroom leads off from the first floor landing area.
At the back of the cottage is a lovely enclosed garden entered via a small gateway opposite the back door across a cobbled rear access. In the garden is a sitting out area that has fantastic views of the Lakeland fells including Scafell Pike and Great Gable.
