Lovely location, excellent for walkers and access to keswick. Well stocked kitchen and rooms. Bad satellite (but normal for Lakes!) - bring own DVDs and board games as cottage only had a few. However, overall, we had a lovely time, even on the rainy days....

Hello Maria, Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. It's a lovely place for a relaxing break, isn't it? You couldn't have picked a better location for exploring the Lakes and getting out and about on some great walks. I'm thrilled you had a great time and I hope you will come back and visit us very soon!

A shower room in the downstairs loo would be ideal as the noise of the main shower is very loud in the large bedroom and disturbs those sleeping in there if someone rises early as was the case this time ...

Hi Rebekah, thank you so much for your comments, I've made a note of your suggestion to investigate further. I certainly hope we can welcome you back again in the future.

Fabulous place to stay if you like peace and quiet. Very well equipped throughout, really comfortable & spotlessly clean. We were a party of 4 and it was spacious and warm. Beautiful views and walks all around. About 1-2 miles from Keswick in a lovely, east to get to little hamlet, with everything you could need. if you’re not into walking, you’ll need a car and parking is quite tight if you have 2 large cars, but I can highly recommend this cottage.
