General Description

Sale View is an apartment situated on the ground floor of a period house. You enter through the well equipped kitchen which comprises an electric oven and grill, 4 ring hob, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, undercounter fridge and undercounter freezer.

Just off the kitchen is a small twin bedroom. The beds are normal size but space is quite tight in this room. There is under bed storage and a few hooks for clothes. Please note there is no wardrobe or chest of drawers in this room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobe with drawers. Next to the bedroom is a shower room with enclosure, wash basin and WC.

The lounge, with high ceilings and Georgian style features, has wonderful views of Sale fell, comfortable seating, a woodburning stove, TV, DVD player and dining table which can seat four people. There is a selection of books, games and DVDs in the lounge for you to enjoy.

Outside, leading from the kitchen, is an enclosed patio area with seating where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a balmy summers evening.

The boiler room which houses the oil boiler can also be used as a drying room for wet weather gear if required.
