Up on the first floor are the 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second room has a triple bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, and the family bathroom. Open stairs lead from the triple bunk room to the loft area on the second floor. Up here you'll find a snug/games room, a real bonus. Outside is an enclosed rear yard and a handy undercover area for storing bikes.
In Broughton-in-Furness you'll find a popular bakery, butcher shop and village grocery store. There are easy walks from the door including the Broughton Railway Path and the Duddon Mosses Nature Reserve, a delightful place for a walk amongst nature.
