General Description

Roseville is a terraced house situated over 4 floors. From the front door you enter a hallway which has light and airy lounge just off it. The lounge, with seating for 6, has digital TV (with DVD player built in) and broadband is also available. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate 2 extra people with prior permission. You will need to bring your own bedding for the sofa bed. The lounge then leads into the spacious dining room with dining table comfortably seating 6 people.

The newly refurbished kitchen has electric oven, grill and 4 hobs, and under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave and a DAB digital radio with ipod docking station. The garden leads off from the kitchen.

At the top of the stairs is the bathroom with underfloor heating, a WC, washbasin/vanity unit and bath with shower above it. There is a double room and a further Master Double bedroom with large windows giving a light airy feel and a feature fireplace.

The attic room has a winding staircase leading to it and houses twin beds and a large Velux window with views over part of the village and the fells beyond. Please note the head room in the attic is restricted.

The basement leads from the dining room and is best described as a snug. It has a 40" digital TV with Freeview and is ideal for children, the TV has ports to be able to plug in games consoles. Please note there is restricted head room in the basement.

The garden is enclosed and has outdoor seating to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as the garden catches the sun. Please note that although the garden is enclosed the neighbour does have access along the back of the terrace. It isn't used often, just on the odd occasion.
