General Comments: Could have been cleaner. We had to clean the kitchen and dining room plus hand rail on staircase when we arrived. This delayed us eating dinner till 11.30pm! We were asked not to arrive until after 5pm so a thorough clean could take place! We were asked to leave by 09.30 am, so technically we only had 6 days holiday. The outside is lovely but the inside needs a lot of attention. Especially cleaning in the kitchen, it smelt of old greasy Indian takeaway when we arrived. Old food under glass worktop saver, extractor fan extremely dirty and greasy. All sockets and plugs were dirty. In times of Covid this was unacceptable. Expected better than this.

General Comments: This is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable cottage in an idyllic setting. It is well-equipped with excellent kitchen including large fridge-freezer. The garden is a delight with wonderful views and bird-watching opportunities. A real find for us.
