3rd visit - such a beautiful place, the changing view of the estuary from the back window is worth the money alone

Hi David, thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your 3rd stay as much as the previous two. The view is amazing isn't it? Until next time!

The perfect spot for watching the tides & exploring the Lake District. The Pennington Hotel is well worth a visit as is the Ratty Arms. Beautiful scenery hiking up over Muncaster Fell. It was a delight to get back to Rivers End to sit with a g&t & watch the sunset on the balcony.

We had the pleasure of staying at this cottage for a long weekend and couldn’t fault it. It’s one of the best weekends away we have had as a family.
Perfect in every way - lovely comfy beds, very peaceful and not a lot of tourists around. The views were stunning and even when the weather wasn’t the best we made the most of it.
Highly recommend a trip to Muncaster castle an absolute gem ! Fantastic gardens and an amazing family day out. Food at the Pennington hotel -2 mins down the street- was lovely and we ate there twice. Only negative was the lack of a shop but we had bought enough food so come prepared!
Would love to return to Ravenglass and hopefully stay again thanks for having us 

Hi Caroline, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm so pleased you had a lovely long weekend. It's the perfect place for a relaxing break isn't it? I love Muncaster, especially at this time of year with all the bluebells and rhododendrons.
I hope you can plan a return visit some time, you can be sure of a warm welcome.
