General Description
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/diner. This is fully equipped with an electric free standing cooker, microwave, under counter fridge and a separate under counter freezer. The kitchen enjoys views to Crummock Water from the front window and Rannerdale Valley to the rear.

The ground floor sitting room has an electric coal effect fire, a flat screen TV and DVD and comfortable seating.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The triple bedroom has a double and single bed and enjoys views of Whiteless Pike and the surrounding fells. The double bedroom is comfortably furnished and has views to Crummock Water.

Also upstairs is the bathroom which is fitted with a shower cubicle with electric shower, a sink and WC.

A shared laundry/drying room is available, shared with the adjoining, private cottage. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying area for outdoor clothes. An iron and ironing board are also available at the cottage.

The shared garden to the rear of the cottage has unbeatable views to Rannerdale Knotts which rises up above the property. There is seating in the garden and additional seating at the front of cottage looking towards Crummock Water.

Heating by storage heaters is included in the price. Please note that Rannerdale Close does not accept pets or smokers. A small welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits is available on arrival.
