Pinewood House is situated on a quiet Keswick street with excellent access to the town centre and fell views from the bedrooms. The property is entered via the front door into a hallway with staircase. Off this is the lounge, which features a large bay window to the front and comfortable seating around a TV & DVD player. The dining room has a feature fireplace with a coal effect gas fire inset.
In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob along with a microwave. There is an integrated dishwasher and in the utility room a washing machine and tumble dryer. The gas boiler, fridge and freezer are also located in the utility room. There is a handy cloakroom on the ground floor with a wc and hand wash basin.
On the first floor there is a second lounge come games room with seating and window to rear. A family bathroom is accessed from this room featuring a bath, separate shower, wc and washbasin. Steps lead to a half landing with a double bedroom with views over the rear garden. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room with wc, washbasin and heated towel rail.
There is a further double bedroom with a front window, featuring a Victorian fireplace, fitted wardrobe, ensuite shower room with wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. A single bedroom also looks to the front and features a hanging rail.
