General Description

Padern Cottage is a stylish and welcoming holiday home for up to four people in the pretty little village of Branthwaite. Refurbished to a very high standard, it's a luxurious jumping off point for exploring everything this wonderful area has to offer.

The front door at Padern Cottage leads directly into a light and airy sitting room with dining area. There's a wonderful gas effect stove framed by a local sandstone creating a warm and cosy atmosphere where you can sink into one of the comfy sofas and watch the large smart TV.

Through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with a decent sized freezer (three drawers), and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs and has bath with electric shower over it.

There are two bedrooms at the top of the stairs.  On your left is the the double, and the twin is on your right.  Both are equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables.  Both are beautifully fresh, bathed as they are in natural light, with stripped floorboards, cosy rugs and beautiful decor.

Out of the back door is a patio area with a lovely courtyard feel to it, and even better, a fire pit and BBQ to while away a summer's evening. In all it's an indulgent nest of a house, perfect for relaxing away from the day to day duties of life.
