A wonderful peaceful retreat from our busy day to day lives. Sue and Martin (the cottage owners) were so hospitable and we instantly felt at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location. We stayed for Christmas week and it was exactly what we wanted. The cottage is in immaculate condition and finished to a very high standard. The owners were very friendly and there were lots of walking routes very near by. We were looking for a relaxing Christmas break with lots of walking and that is exactly what we had. When we needed a few shops Ulverston and Coniston are not far away, as is Cartmel.
