- Really enjoyed our week over Christmas, great to be close to local amenities and also to the fells. Beds were really comfy although the twin beds had not been made into a super king as requested but we found the bedding and did this ourselves upon arrival. Showers were excellent, lovely and powerful and the apartment was warm and cosy. Really handy to have parking too, would have struggled without this.
Couple of really small issues with the equipment. The right hand side of the toaster doesn't pop up, there are no shaving plugs (so don't pack and electric toothbrush), dishwasher was a little temperamental and there wasn't a suitable roasting dish or baking tray to be able to cook our Christmas dinner (there was only a really small square tin that had the non stick pealing off). Never fear though - I purchased a large roasting tin and left it there for future use. Wasn't sure what to do with the recycling rubbish - no instructions on this and the bulb went in the standard lamp whilst we were there.
These were all really small issues though, we had a great time and would definitely return and book the apartment again.
