The apartment is accessed via the entrance porch leading into the hallway. The lounge to the front of the property has a large bay window providing lovely views across to the fells. There are comfortable sofa and chairs, a living flame electric fire is set in the original marble fireplace, TV and DVD. Wi-fi access is available in this room.
Leading off the hallway is the double bedroom with cast iron bedstead and large wardrobes. The newly fitted light and airy kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, washer, electric cooker and dining area with table and chairs. From the kitchen the inner hallway leads to the newly refurbished bathroom with bath and electric shower over, w.c. and washbasin.
The stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor good sized twin bedroom.
Visitors to the apartment have use of the separate drying room with tumble dryer and space for hanging wet weather gear. There is a sitting out area under the porch.
