General Description

You enter the cottage via a small hallway with an area for boots and coats. This leads into the fantastic kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has the original sandstone flag floor and is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, intergrated under counter fridge, a lovely feature Belfast sink and an integrated dishwasher. There is also a woodburner so you can dine with a fire on in the background.

Off the kitchen is the utility room which is very useful for drying wet outdoor clothes. This room also has a washer/dryer, microwave and under counter freezer.

From the kitchen a small hallway leads to the sitting room. This room has amazing views down St John's in the Vale and comfortably seats four people. The woodburner will keep you cosy and there is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A door opens out into the garden which is enclosed and has a patio area for enjoying summer evenings and of course the wonderful view.

Upstairs is the large master bedroom, furnished with a double bed from which you can enjoy the view of St John's in the Vale. There is also a flat screen TV and plenty of storage space.

The twin bedroom at the rear of the property looks out to Blencathra and is also furnished with a flat screen TV and has plenty of storage.

The bathroom has a beautiful roll top bath with shower over, a washbasin and a WC.
