Green Gable is a charming apartment for two people within Kiln How, a beautiful traditional building nestled in Borrowdale. Right in the heart of tranquil Rosthwaite this makes a wonderful base for a family or friends to make the most of this much-loved area.
Guests arrive via the shared main entrance and then access the apartment from this corridor. The owners have left plenty of local information to help you plan your Lake District stay. All of the accommodation is arranged off a main hall and is all on the ground floor.
Firstly to the lovely light open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. This is a delightful space with wonderful views from its traditional window seat of the fells on the eastern side of the valley. The living area has two deep comfy armchairs arranged around the electric wall mounted effect fire and the TV with built-in DVD player and Freesat. The owners have thoughtfully left a number of books to keep you entertained during your stay.The kitchen has a built-in fan oven, fridge and electric hobs, There's a microwave, and all the crockery and cookware you'll need for your stay.
The comfortable bedroom has a double wooden bedstead, a wardrobe and dresser. The modern bathroom has an over-bath electric shower.
Outside there is a large shared parking area and a lovely shared garden for outdoor dining or enjoying an evening glass of wine.
