Birch Cottage is delightfully situated in the shared grounds of Deloraine House just half a mile from the beautiful village of Bowness upon Windermere and boasts disabled access and amenities throughout.
This cosy gem of a cottage accommodates up to four people and has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen area is well equipped with four ringed gas hob, electric oven, microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. Â The lounge area has TV with DVD player.
There are two bedrooms - the double has bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the twin has two electric adjustable singles for maximum comfort, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is also a spacious wet room with handles and non-slip flooring.
Within the beautiful grounds there is a small shared conservatory and a shared laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.
