General Info
This is a cottage full of character, warmth and conviviality, perfect for families or groups of friends looking to spend time together.

There are three large reception rooms. The kitchen is the heart of the house and is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, two undercounter fridges, undercounter freezer, microwave, dishwasther, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage space. There is a breakfast table here and you may find you want to have all your meals in this room.

Formal dining is next door with a long table to seat eight people comfortably. To one end is a woodburner and two comfy chairs - perfect for quiet reading in front of the fire. This room houses a library of games and jigsaws.

The living room is large with plenty of comfortable seating for six adults plus two children. A woodburner provides a central focus in this room and there is also a TV with DVD player.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms - the master bedroom with kingsized bed and ensuite shower room, plus two additional double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (the twin is more suitable for children). The family bathroom has a bath with a newly installed overhead shower.

Outside the garden is large and lawned with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea.
