If you love the tranquil village life, then Hillside Cottage in Eskdale Green will make your day! This sleepy collection of houses is surrounded by the stunning craggy scenery of the valley and you can admire the mountains from the windows of your cottage. There's plenty of room to spread out, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, two double bedrooms, a twin and a lounge with a wood burner. For comfort and convenience in one of the Lake District's most popular towns, you can't get better than Johns Cottage! At the top of the pedestrianised high street and opposite the local independent cinema, it has an impressive first-floor lounge with exposed timber frames, as well as a ginormous kitchen-diner. Sit back and admire the view, because it's truly spectacular at Browside! The Duddon Valley is the Lake District's hidden gem, with spectacular remote scenery away from the crowds. Browside is a traditional Cumbrian farmhouse sitting high up on a hill and making the most of its position. Walkers look this way because Fell Foot Cottage in Glenridding is perfectly situated for some of the best hiking in the Lake District!
