General Description

Newlands House is a traditional Keswick townhouse arranged over 3 floors. It provides comfortable dog friendly self catering accommodation for 11 people in 5 bedrooms.

There is a small front garden with bench seating for 4 or 5 people. The front door opens into a hallway off which is the sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There is a separate utility room.

On the first floor there is a family bedroom with a single bed and en-suite shower room. There is a further twin bedroom (which is zip and link and can be made into a super king - please request this at the time of booking), a family bathroom and a shower room.

On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms and a bunk bedroom.

To the rear there is a walled patio with tables and seating for 11 and a barbecue. A gate leads to an access lane.
