General Comments: Miterdale Cottage, What a delight, old fashioned, beautiful cottage with mod cons and amazing views from decking at sunset. good communication with the owner, fresh flowers and provisions on arrival were most welcoming. would return for another visit.

General Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the cottage are spectacular and it was very peaceful. However, the living room was quite drab and not very comfortable. The cushions on the sofa were a bit grubby and worn and could do with being replaced. The extractor fan in the kitchen was very dirty and clogged up with grease and dust. Light fittings above eye level were also dusty. Overall it could do with a bit of facelift. That said, it’s worth it for the views and location.
