General Description

The cottage is accessed via a small hallway leading into the lounge at one side and the kitchen at the other. The kitchen is well equipped with under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven and dishwasher. There's a cafetiere, and some great views to make the morning coffee extra special.

The comfortable lounge has an electric fire, comfortable sofas and a window looking out onto grounds of Greenbank Country House. There's a television with a DVD player in the lounge, for relaxing evenings in. There is a dining area with table and seating for 4 people. The downstairs bathroom has bath, W.C and washbasin.

The stairs lead from the hallway to the two spacious and airy bedrooms - one twin and one double, the latter having a TV. Both of the bedrooms have ample hanging space for clothes, and lovely woodland views. There is a newly refurbished bathroom with tiled shower, washbasin and toilet.

There is a small garden surrounding the cottage and back door leading out onto a small decked area. There are woods at the rear and lovely grounds surrounding the cottage. The magnificent views from the gardens look down the valley and across to Derwent Water and the fells beyond.
