General Description
The porch leads to a dining room with seating for 10/12. The kitchen has an electric, ceramic range cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of storage space. There is a utility room next door for extra storage space, washing machine, tumble drier and additional fridge with a large freezer compartment.

The sitting room is beautiful with an open fire and comfortable sofas and chairs to seat ten. Coal is provided to create the perfect atmosphere. There are a variety of board games for entertainment, as well as a widescreen TV with DVD and video player.

Also downstairs is one of the twin bedrooms with an ensuite shower room with WC. There is also an additional toilet room downstairs. Upstairs there are two further twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms (please note, access to the second twin bedroom is via one of the double bedrooms), one king-sized bedroom (ensuite with shower room) and a separate bathroom (bath with shower over). The second twin has its own basin.

The grounds cover over an acre and command views of the Lake District fells and mountains.
