First time holiday letting?
We can advise you every step of the way to make sure you get the best out of holiday letting. Either Olivia, Mike or Sally will come and visit your cottage and talk to you about the letting process. We’ll tell you what our guests expect from a self-catering cottage and offer practical advice on housekeeping and maintenance, too. Whether you’re looking for an investment opportunity or you want to make some extra income out of a holiday property you already own, our team will be on hand to ensure your experience is hassle-free!
Olivia (above) is part of the New Cottages team and will be happy to visit your cottage and give you information and advice for holiday letting.

With our years of expertise, we can help you purchase your ideal buy-to-let property. We are happy to chat to you about a property you are looking to buy and we can come out and visit it with you to give you a realistic idea of its letting potential. - Our friendly team is available to take bookings at our Keswick and Windermere offices. Our Keswick office is open every day from 8.30am through to 9pm and Windermere is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

- We work hard to maintain out strong online presence and our key search terms rank on page 1 of the most popular search engines.
