General Description

Kirksty Brow is an ideal bolthole for two set in some of the most gloriously unspoilt countryside close to the picturesque beauty of Ullswater.

Entry to the house is from the back of the property where you'll first come into the living room. The cosy lounge has two armchairs and a small dining table. It also has a small television with built in DVD player. The owners have left a good selection of books and several DVDs for whiling away evenings.

From the living/dining area you go through to the small kitchen, it has a fridge, microwave, an electric oven and halogen hobs.

The bedroom is a lovely light space with a four poster king-size bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and armchair. The en-suite bathroom has a full bath with hand held shower attachment.

Outside the cottage there is parking and a small garden with summer house which is shared with neighbouring Brandle How. It's a real haven for nature and sitting outside or in the summer house on a pleasant evening should offer you many opportunities to see visiting bird life and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely area.
