We had a fabulous time at Inchmaholme, we had two young children, grandparents and my brother and his girlfriend. The accommodation was warm, comfortable, modern and well-equipped. The only thing to point out is due to the extremely wet weather lately the slate footpath around the property where you access the front or back door was very slippery, I’m sure this would be easily rectified with a jet wash. We would love to stay here again, it really is a lovely place.

Lovely, clean accommodation. A great space for a family get-together. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining/sitting area, which was a great communal space.

Beautiful well equipped cottage in a lovely peaceful location. Wonderfully warm and we spent a relaxing Christmas here away from all the hustle and bustle. Walks with the dog straight from the door and down into Keswick. Would not hesitate to book again but they are no longer taking dogs so cannot return.

Hello Gill, Thank you for your lovely feedback. It's a gem of a cottage, isn't it? How wonderful to spend Christmas in the beautiful Lakes - there really is no better place to be. I agree you couldn't have picked a better location to escape from the hustle and bustle for a while and get out and about on some great walks. The decision to allow dogs in a cottage is at the discretion of the owner(s) and can change at any time. We have an abundance of dog-friendly cottages available, therefore please do not hesitate to get in touch, if you would like any help in finding the perfect dog-friendly cottage for your next Lakes adventure.
