- Lovely little cottage, tidy and well presented, but theres some niggles that stop me giving it a perfect score, the children's room with bunk bed, which is described as being a full sized bed suitable for an adult, doesn't have any wardrobe space, and while it is a very small room that chest of drawers could've been a taller wardrobe instead.
The wifi supplied is spotty and inconsistent, cant help but think it could do with a mesh wifi system installing across the whole structure just to clear up the numerous blid spots and diconnects.
And the facilities provided, specifically in the kitchen, could do with an instruction manual or maybe a laminated "how to use" sheet. Some were finicky, and required some experimentation to work.
Other than that everything worked fine once you knew how, there was plenty of living space. The road access, while its a single track lane and not something id want to traverse in snow, was fine in heavy rain and I had no issues with the cottage being up a very significant hill (its the lake district, everything is up a hill)
