The Gables benefits from having a central position in Keswick and is just a minute’s walk from the bustling town centre where you will find restaurants, independent shops, pubs, a cinema and a theatre. Derwentwater is within a 10 minute walk. There are some fantastic walks right on the doorstep including Latrigg, Skiddaw and the old railway line to Threlkeld. Nearby Fitz Park boasts a local museum, cafe, children's playground, flat green bowls, tennis courts and a BMX jump track.
