General Comments: Large, rambling, mainly ground floor, involving some healthy walking. CH poorly balanced, OK upstairs but almost non-existent downstairs, particularly in the sitting-room which was like a very large, cold, waiting-room. Equipment very good with a huge number of cupboards, however the overall feel was just a little Spartan.

I hope you enjoyed exploring Ennerdale and beyond. I'm sorry that you found the ground floor to be cold, if you had let me know at the time I would have arranged for someone to come out and take a look at the heating for you. I hope it didn't cause you too much inconvenience. I'll pass your feedback on to the owners.

General Comments: It was really enjoyable staying at far moor end, facilities were good and a nice walk to the pub. There were some lovely walks from the house.

General Comments: We had a lovely time , the kitchen is the best equipped we have come across in a holiday house .
My family are all great cooks which we do a lot when we are away so it was a pleasure to finally find a house we could do it in .
The walks and views from the top of the hills are spectacular and well worth the hike up to the top.
