General Description

Egret is a first floor, one bedroom apartment in Easedale House with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. It has been stylishly and comfortably modernised and includes a private parking permit (a rarity in central Keswick).

The living area is double-height with windows to front and back so it always feels light and airy, to help you relax there is a Smart TV and two-seater leather sofa. The kitchen area is well equipped, with appliances including a fan oven/microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher and fridge with ice box. The dining table seats up to four with a mix of shabby-chic chairs and stools, and the whole living area sits underneath the original, exposed wooden beams, which adds real character to this lovely apartment.

The bedroom is packed with charm, it features a romantic, shabby-chic, king-size four-poster bed, a large Victorian wardrobe and vintage chest-of-drawers, plus a full-length cheval mirror. Across the hall from the bedroom there is a large, light, contemporary bathroom with WC, wash basin with cabinet and integral shaver point, heated towel rail, and a generous walk-in shower fitted with a dual overhead and handset shower spray, offering a rainfall drenching experience, a real luxury after an energetic day spent on the fells. There is also a utility cupboard in the bathroom containing an Indesit washer-dryer.

The apartment is one of seven in Easedale House, it's tucked away off the main staircase to the side of the house, accessed via a shared entrance. The other apartments are Wagtail, Siskin, Kingfisher, Curlew, Goldcrest and Osprey.
