The main living area is entered to through the porch and is one large open plan area. This consists of the kitchen area which is very well equipped for self catering with a 4 ring induction hob, an electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and tall fridge freezer. To the left is a booth style dining area for 4 and futher into the room is the living area. Here there comfortable seating for 4 in front of the woodburner with a TV and DVD player. The windows on this side of the room have views across the yard to Greystones fell beyond.

The stairs then lead down to the lower ground floor corridor where there is a double bedroom and a dressing room. There is also a modern bathroom which has a bath with a shower over. The shower features a luxurious rain head or more invigorating power head.

The garden is enclosed and accessed 2m from the door. It is very private and has lovely views to the local fells.
