General Description

Curlew is a contemporary, first floor, one-bedroom apartment in Easedale House, it has stylish, comfortable open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas that are flooded with natural light from three large sash windows. A private parking permit is included with your booking (a rarity in central Keswick).

The living area features a Smart TV, a two-seater leather sofa, modern furnishings and a dining table that will seat four. The triple sash bay window faces the front of the house, looking down onto Southey Street and across to the slate-built Keswick Methodist Church.

The kitchen area is well equipped, with modern appliances including a fan oven/microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher and fridge with ice box. There is also a shared washer-dryer on the mezzanine floor outside (used by three other apartments).

The bedroom has a kingsize bed, with ample storage in a wardrobe, chest-of-drawers and bedside drawers. There is an ensuite bathroom with windows to the side of the house, this has a WC, heated towel rail, wash basin with mirror and shaver point, and there is a dual overhead and handset chrome shower in a roomy inset shower cabinet, offering a generous rainfall drenching experience, a real luxury after an energetic day spent on the fells.

The apartment is one of seven in Easedale House and is accessed via a shared entrance. The other apartments are Wagtail, Siskin, Kingfisher, Egret, Goldcrest and Osprey.
