Cuimrigh is a delightful, spacious bungalow in a peaceful position in the Newlands Valley. This valley is home to some of the most beautiful scenery in the Lake District, with well known mountains including Catbells, Causey Pike and Dale Head all right on the doorstep of Cuimrigh.
Six people can be comfortably accommodated at Cuimrigh in a well furnished double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. A selection of toys and DVD’s are thoughtfully provided for younger guests. Outside is a lush, secluded garden which attracts local wildlife including cute little red squirrels.
This holiday cottage is perfectly situated for a quiet Lake District escape whilst remaining within easy access of amenities in nearby Keswick.
There are valley walks, ridge routes and great big fell walks in abundance right from the door. And after a day out walking you can relax in the comfortable lounge, sit out in the garden or wander along the lane to the pub.
The Swinside Inn is a ten minute stroll over the bridge and up the hill, offering great food, local ales and eve better surroundings to enjoy them in.
