Situated on the banks of the River Eden, this unique cottage offers a breathtaking riverside setting, making it ideal for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Kirkby Stephen is a delightful market town in the Eden Valley, home to the historic St. Stephen''s Church, the fascinating Kirkby Stephen Heritage Centre and access to the Pennine Journey path following the banks of the River Eden. Hikers will love the trails at nearby Nine Standards Rigg (4 miles), and birdwatchers and those seeking a more leisurely walk should visit Smardale Gill Nature Reserve (3 miles).

History buffs can discover the impressive ruins of Brough Castle (4.5 miles) built on the site of a Roman fort.
