Long-awaited reunions and celebratory occasions are best spent in this impressive Lakeland cottage, a property that hosts 10 guests with exceptional facilities and features. The elevated abode sits above the village of High Newton, boasting far-reaching views and a generous selection of footpaths, cycling trails, and walking routes right on its doorstep. This detached property is set out over two floors and surrounded by ample gardens, complete with a luxurious sauna and hot tub for some relaxation between long Lake District excursions. These outdoor adventures are best experienced in the company of man's best friend, so for dog lovers, the property welcomes up to four canine companions.

The property is spacious throughout, with brightly coloured accents and floral decor lending the space an eclectic feel. On the upper ground floor, the kitchen with a large dining table will bustle with lively family life, while the lounge offers a place of refuge, featuring a warming wood burner, a Smart TV, and plenty of books and games that kids will love. Explore Fell Foot (4 miles) at the base of Lake Windermere, or board a lake steamer for a scenic journey to Bowness-on-Windermere (10.5 miles), Windermere (11.5 miles), or Ambleside (15 miles).

A fabulous home with wonderful views! All the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and cosy and the outside patios perfect for a bit of sunbathing with a glass of wine! And the hot-tub was a fantastic addition! We will definitely come again and visit more of the Lakes, as the location is a perfect starting point fRead moreor exploring this wonderful area.
