Located in the popular Lakeland town of Keswick, this family home offers a tranquil base just 500 metres from the town centre. Providing ample accommodation for five guests, this dog-friendly property is ideal for families and friends looking to explore the towns, countryside and attractions of the Lake District. After fulfilling days walking in the fells, admiring waterfalls, and gliding across lakes, the open-plan living spaces and generous garden are perfect to rest and recharge.

Step inside this semi-detached property to find a spacious and stylish interior. Hang up coats and kick off muddy boots in the hallway, which has a convenient WC, before venturing into the main living areas. With plush seating, elegant wallpaper and a crackling wood burner, the lounge invites relaxation after a day on the trails. This room flows into a generous kitchen with funky tiling, a breakfast bar and a double range oven. Bi-fold doors lead into a light-filled conservatory which houses the family dining table along with a second seating area. Upstairs, three cosy and comfortable bedrooms whisper of a good night’s sleep. Choose between a king-size, a double and a single room which has a pull-out trundle bed accommodating a sixth person. Fabulous location as Fitz park directly opposite the route to many walks, town and pubs and great for quick dog wander. Fab walks from the doorstep. Very comfortable but the heating was a problem as controlled remotely and kept us awake at night and when Sallys came out to sort they couldnt. Lovely space for dining and staying in but great short waRead morelk to pubs. The Pheasant Inn was fab for food and drinks just a 2 min walk away but make sure you book as very busy Hide
