Lovely property, quirky if not a bit unusual. It was lovely to have an Aga although it took a lot of time to work out from the instructions how to use it and it burnt the food a few times. So a normal back up oven or combo microwave is a good idea.

I didn’t look to see if microwave was a combi as ran out of time.

Couldn’t find pen at last minute otherwise would have written in guest book.

Didn’t realise the WiFi had been turned off so could not get it to work for a couple days.

However the owners came round personally to get it working and also kindly provided a bit of foil to cover food until the Aga had been sussed out.

It was lovely when realising Keswick was a 15 min walk from cottage to get groceries from the supermarket.

Sainsbury’s also deliver to the cottage which was brilliant.

Nice views from the garden and lively experience at this cottage.

Another time it would be nice to stay at the edge of one of the lakes.
