There is a fold out table for dining and there is a piano for guests to use (please note it is not regularly tuned!)  Games and Jigsaws.

The kitchen has an electric hob, oven and grill. There is also a microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The washing machine can be found in the lobby.   Rotary drying line in the garden.

The double bedroom is also on the ground floor, along with the bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC and basin.

Use of the sofa bed in the cottage allows the cottage to sleep an extra person. There is an additional £20 charge for use of the sofabed. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to have use of the sofabed.

There is a tumble drier available in the owners boot room that may be used with prior arrangement with the owner.

Outside there is a cobbled courtyard for parking. The shared garden is split into two sections and accessed via a gate in the cobbled yard. The first part has a seating area and then beyond this is a small gate to a larger garden with chickens in, which is also shared with the owners (please don't take pets into this part of the garden off lead if they are likely to want to eat a chicken!)
